Our hog roast offers a more relaxed feel to your wedding breakfast. Our free-range Dorset pigs are lovingly roasted for over 6 hours and served with an extensive selection of fresh salads, bread basket and your choice of three buffet desserts.

A succulent whole free-range Dorset pig, spit-roasted served with Merlins own sage and onion stuffing, golden crackling and homemade apple sauce.
